The color to start is sunny pale lemon with bright clarity. The nose is so fresh and refined with clover blossom, apples and slight notes of gun-flint and mineral, dusted with the subtlest nutmeg. The body is ripe and generous with Granny Smith apple, pineapple and apricot all woven together with lovely weight and mouth feel. The finish is fresh and so balanced with a medley of honey-laced apples with a touch of zingy tangerine.
