Our first release of the much-anticipated 2007 Southern Rhône wines, this sultry blend of 55% Syrah, 25% Cinsault and 20% Mourvedre offers all the complexity and freshness to be expected from a once-in-a-generation vintage.  Sweet raspberry and grilled herb aromas tickle your nose before black fruits grace your palate accompanied by hints of tea, spice, and leather.  The dark fruit core continues into the finish with  lingering notes of black pepper and cured tobacco.  A perfect introduction to a legendary  Rhône vintage.
