At first sight this wine brings a beautiful gold-tinged platinum color. The nose is a mineral-like flint with apple and citrus. Upon your first sip this wakes up your taste buds with a zing! The classic Riesling flavors of apple and pear are present, but are joined by a unique citrus zest and wet stone characteristic on the backside- reminiscent of a style one might expect of a drier wine such as a Sancerre or white Bordeaux.
