2000 Château Haut-Milon, Pauillac

Château Haut-Milon is very gravelly and the sub-soil is rich clay and limestone which is ideal for this Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.  Aged in 50% new French oak and 50% aged French oak, this will unfold beautifully in the decanter and even more so in your cellar. It is complex and structured, yet has an underlying fluidity and great texture.
