Heirloom Tomato & Fresh Mozzarella Salad

  • 4 Lg very firm tomatoes
  • 4 Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella
  • 3 Yellow Peppers*
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh Dill
  • 1/2 Cup Aged Balsamic Vinegar (use as much as desired)

 
Chop up tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella & yellow pepper into small pieces
sprinkle dill into mixture, pour in balsamic vinegar and stir together.
Serve as a main dish or as a side to any meal.
